BIOGRAPHY
Allie Black is the founder of Desert Apologetics and has a deep passion for helping Christians grow confident in the truth of the gospel. In a culture where faith is increasingly questioned, Allie believes the church must be equipped not only to believe the truth, but to thoughtfully explain it.
She graduated from Biola University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and also earned a Certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola . Her training, combined with years of ministry leadership, fuels her desire to help believers understand the intellectual foundations of Christianity and communicate their faith with clarity, confidence, and grace.
Through Desert Apologetics, Allie organizes conferences, teaching events, and training initiatives designed to strengthen the church and equip what she calls “Everyday Apologists”—ordinary believers prepared to give a reason for the hope they have.
Allie has been married to her husband Cliff for 45 years. Together they have raised two children and now enjoy being grandparents to two grandsons. They live in the California desert, where Allie continues to invest in building a stronger, more thoughtful church for the next generation.
