John Soulliere (soo-lee-air) is an ordained minister and has served on the pastoral staff for a non-denominational church in the Coachella Valley for nearly 30 years.  John moved to the Coachella Valley with his family in 1967. He recently retired from working in the public sector after 25 years in city senior management, director of communications, and finally as CEO of a local public/private partnership.

John Has received his bachelors of science degree in Business leadership with a minor in biblical studies, as well as a certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University.  John and his wife Eve have been married for nearly 37 years and have 3 grown children: Phillip, Timothy, and Faith.
